1968 Norton P11. For Models 650SS - Atlas - N15CS - P11 - P11A G15CS - G15CSR - G15 MARK II Publication Number 06-8202. Hence this one is a 68 P11A. The P11 was revised in 1968 and the Norton-Villiers Ranger was introduced as a more roadworthy version with broader seat and low pipes. I have misrepresented this a bit as there were no bent tubes and no welds.
This 1968 Norton P11A is a correct restoration from the Larry Pedersen collection in the most desirable spec with mid-pipes the small aluminum scrambler tank the abbreviated racing seat and off-road fenders. By 1968 the P11 was replaced by the P11A which was more of a street bike with low pipes and extra weight.
